Chairman, Antoine Harris

Antoine has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Fitness Resources Management from George Mason University and a Master of Public Administration from Strayer University. Antoine is presently  the Site Director at Alpha Best Education,  in Woodbridge, VA, where he develops and maintains excellent program quality, select, train and supervise site staff.  He ensures that the site maintains budget targets.  Antoine is a dynamic, goal focused, and  achievement-oriented, professional with a solid background in working with at-risk youth and community outreach.  He works well within a team, handle multiple tasks, identify and swiftly solve problems. In the past, he worked as an Interim Director of Community Services and Program Assistant in the Town of Dumfries . He has a broad range of skills that can positively impact work production and contribute to meeting goals. His skills include sales, recruitment and customer services with over six years of sales experience. In addition to his sales background, he has over two years of experience in recruitment and has assisted in creating recruitment plans and has created and implemented recruiting events. Antoine is also a playwright and gospel entertainer. His productions have played to audiences with standing room only.
