
Elizabeth Charity
Elizabeth Charity is the CEO & Founder of Youth Outreach Services. She is responsible for the development of the programs and the hiring and training of staff and volunteers. She is also among the Budget Committee. Ms. Charity is the President of Youth Corporation, Inc., a for-profit stock-holding company.
Liz has authored and published two books and one booklet. Liz’s autobiography is entitled “God’s Call Girl” in which she shares the miraculous healing power of God in her life.
She has done radio ministry in Richmond and has been a television talk show host for 20 years. Her television show, Reality Education Television, features interviews well-known and local guests such as – politicians, musicians, and radio and television personalities. Her show focuses on local businesses, ministry and community outreach.
She holds an Associate of Art Degree in Business Administration from Strayer University. She graduated from George Mason University in May 2015, with a degree in Bachelor’s of Individualized Study, Interdisciplinary Studies, majoring in Social Entrepreneurship; The transformation path with purpose and destiny. From the her study and research, she has implement the LIVE Change Program with students who attended L.Douglas Wilder School of Policy and Government and had an event with the Aspire Program at VCU. She also implement the LIVE Change Program at Virginia Union University Students.
